Returns
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For food and personal-care items, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened and the seal is intact.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
